Product Return Policy and Conditions

• The return policy applies for 14 days from the date of delivery.
• A valid proof of purchase is required, such as an invoice or order number.
• All returned products must be in their original condition, sealed in the original packaging and complete with all accessories.
• Used or incomplete products cannot be returned.
• If a damaged product is returned, the defect must be reported through a support ticket that includes the order number.
• The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the product.
• The refund is returned to the customer's store balance or credit card after the product is received and verified to comply with the return conditions.

How to Return a Product

• You may return products in person to the company address or contact us by email to arrange the return.
• We reserve the right to reject a return, refund, or exchange request.
• Claims for products damaged during delivery or missing products must be submitted within 12 hours of receiving the order.
• If you decide to return a purchase, you may do so within 14 days after purchase, subject to the conditions below.

• Returned products must be in new condition, as sold, in their original box, and include all packaging materials.
• The product must be complete and unused. If the original box has been opened, the product cannot be returned.
• Include the invoice with the returned product. If the product is defective, describe the defect on a separate note and attach it with the invoice. Do not write or place markings on the product packaging or on the product itself.
• Products must be returned to the returns department either in person or through a shipping company agreed with us before shipment.
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

• We reserve the right to reject any return, refund, or exchange request that does not comply with the site's specifications and policy.
