Compatibility & Setup

Our devices follow standard connectivity specifications, making them compatible with the vast majority of software. However, some applications—especially cloud-based systems or software restricted by specific licenses—may require certain hardware types. We therefore always recommend checking with your software provider, or sending us the software name before purchase, so we can confirm full technical compatibility and help avoid any conflicts.

Each printer comes with a CD containing the original drivers and bundled software. Once you receive the device, our technical team can guide you step by step by phone or remote connection to make sure the correct driver is installed and the paper settings are configured, helping you achieve reliable printing performance from the start.

Our barcode scanners use HID (Human Interface Device) technology, which means they work as soon as they are connected through USB (Plug & Play), without requiring a driver disc. We also provide technical support for advanced configuration using the included programming manual, such as: Enabling or disabling the beep sound. Adding an automatic Enter key after each scan to speed up work in accounting software. Configuring the scanner for 2D codes (QR Code) or complex serial codes, depending on the selected model. We help ensure compatibility with your operating system and assist in configuring the scanner to match the way data is entered into your software.

Yes. The scale can work with any accounting software provided that the software is technically configured to receive and interpret scale-generated barcodes.

Yes. Our devices support real-time data synchronization with accounting and management systems (ERP) that are prepared for direct integration. We provide the technical connection information needed to link the device with your software database so attendance transactions can be transferred automatically without manual intervention.

Yes. Our machines are equipped with modern detection technologies (MG, UV, IR) to provide accurate counterfeit detection. They are also mechanically and programmatically prepared to handle polymer banknotes and Egyptian paper currency across different denominations, with the ability to update the machine firmware to support new currency issues.

Some machines support connectivity through RS232 or USB, allowing detailed counting reports to be printed.
